About the Role The Inventory Coordinator position has varied responsibilities but primarily supports the Finance and Warehouse relationship, to ensure timeliness and accuracy of inventory reporting. This will be a key partner to the accounting, and finance team and will ensure that transactions executed are appropriately recorded in the system. ANI Pharmaceuticals is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual for this role.
Responsibilities
Record daily inventory transactions to the subledger
Assist in weekly cycle counts lead by Finance. This will entail identifying parts in inventory and counting quantity on hand to ensure accuracy to system quantities and reconciling any differences
Assist in data gathering from warehouse personnel and finance
Support warehouse personnel with general finance requests

Education / Experience
High School diploma required
A Bachelors' degree preferred
Experience with Financial systems and general data entry
Warehouse and inventory experience is a plus
Strong track record of achievement in complex, fast-paced business environments
Onsite 5 days per week in our East Windsor, NJ facility
